Funding Customer Advisor / London / Hybrid / Up to £250 per day (Umbrella rate) / 6-month contractOverview:Our client, a globally recognisable charitable organisation are currently looking for a Funding Customer Advisor to join their Team to assist customers and internal staff members on the grant systems and processes.Role and Responsibilities:Liaising with external customers to inform them of funding processes and systemsRespond to queries in a timely mannerTraining internal teams on grant system and processesWorking with other teams to create information guides on FAQsPresent to internal teams on system and process changesEssential Skills and Experience:3+ years'' experience working on a customer helpdeskExperience providing guidance and training to internal and external partiesExperience using salesforce or a similar CRM systemConfident in making decisionsConfident liaising with stakeholdersPackage: Up to £250 per day (Umbrella rate)Hybrid workingFree Lunch on siteOn site gymBeautiful offices in Central LondonFunding Customer Advisor / London / Hybrid / Up to £250 per day (Umbrella rate) / 6-month ..... full job details .....
