KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.Job Title: Funding and Audit Manager (Further Education)Location: Manchester - Hybrid roleSalary: up to 50,000 (Depending on skills and experience)Type: Full Time, PermanentDuties Include:To lead our clients administrative functions, to ensure compliance with audit, quality and contractual requirements.Maintenance of high standards across funding processes, data management and internal audits.Lead a team of 3 Managers - who are responsible for MIS; ASF and Skills Bootcamps processing, administration and funding claims.Supervise an internal audit team, who are responsible for conducting audits across government-funded contracts.Oversee PDSAT checks, ensuring timely completion and collaboration across teams.Produce regular reports for senior leadership on compliance standards and audit risk.Deliver internal training on funding rules, compliance standards, and administrative best practices.Participate in self-assessment, external inspections, and verification processes.Essential Criteria:Proven experience in a similar funding, audit, or compliance role within government-funded education or skills contracts.Must have experience with audits and MIS in relation to government funded skills.Must have the ability to liaise effectively with employers and/or external agencies to secure repeat business.Evidence of meeting strict deadlines and targetsExcellent analytical and Analysis SkillsPlease ..... full job details .....
