This pivotal role will support with bids and tenders, key business processes, facilitate relationships with local authorities and manage data systems. Key Responsibilities * Manage the uplift process across all business divisions in-line with internal business protocols and procedures. * Coordinate and schedule meetings with local authorities to support negotiation processes. * Prepare and submit offer proposals to the internal decision-making panel for review and approval. * Escalate issues and concerns as needed to Head of Pricing * Provide direct support to the Bids and Contracts Manager, particularly in bid preparation and documentation, including managing internal tender resources; identifying and monitoring opportunities via relevant procurement portals; attending pre-market engagement events; coordinating SQs, tender questionnaires and supporting documentation; liaising with internal SMEs; maintaining bid trackers and records; supporting tender drafting, quality assurance; and managing clarifications. * Lea...
