Fund Operations Specialist

This role sits within the Fund Operations team and focuses on monitoring and supporting the settlement of trades, maintaining custody oversight and assisting with post-trade operational activities across multiple asset classes. The position also provides exposure to fund accounting oversight and operational projects aimed at improving processes and supporting the broader investment team in a financial services firm. Description The responsibilities of the Fund Operations Specialist role include: Monitoring and posting trades across equities, fixed income, FX and derivatives, while maintaining oversight of settlement processes alongside the custodian and middle office service provider.Processing corporate actions and dividends, maintaining accurate securities reference data, supporting trading activities and assisting with analyst portfolios.Supporting the setup of broker relationships, contributing to regulatory reporting processes, tracking operational errors and performance metrics, and participating in projects designed to improve operational efficiency.
