FUND CONTROLLER - Real Estate InvestmentManagement - This is a high-impact Fund Controller opportunity with OUR CLIENT - a highly regarded UK real estate investment and asset management business with an established track record across the commercial real estate sector and is looking to appoint an experienced Fund Controller to join its Fund Finance team. This is a broad, commercially focused role for a qualified accountant with strong real estate fund control experience, offering genuine exposure to investment activity, transactions, debt, liquidity and senior stakeholders. Reporting to the Fund Finance lead, you will have ownership of the financial affairs of a portfolio of commercial real estate funds, LPs, SPVs and associated holding structures. You will work closely with Investment, Asset Management, Investor Relations and Finance, providing financial insight and control across the investment lifecycle - from acquisitions and refinancing through to disposals, business planning and portfolio management. THE ROLE You will take ownership across a broad range of fund finance and investment-related activities, including: Ownership of fund financial management, reporting and financial control. Management of financial close and management / investor reporting. Fund and asset-level cashflow, liquidity forecasting and treasury management. Capital calls, investor distributions and cash management. Debt, covenant monitoring, lender compliance and waterfall calculations. ..... full job details .....
