Autumnal Partners is representing a leading global private markets investment firm in their search for a Fund Controller in London. With in excess of £50bn AUM and a strong international presence across Europe, North America, and Asia, this is an opportunity to join a market leading brand delivering exceptional returns across Private Equity, Infrastructure, and Private Credit strategies, focusing specifically within their Private Credit team.Responsibilities

Oversee quarterly NAV processes, including carried interest and waterfall calculationsReview LP drawdowns, distributions, and capital account flowsAnalyse fund and investment-level performance metrics (IRR, DPI, MOIC)Contribute to automation, digitisation, and process standardisation projectsCollaborate with Investor Relations, Deal Teams, and international offices to meet bespoke reporting needsRequired qualifications

Qualified accountant with 4–7+ years’ experience in private fund accounting, fund administration, or audit with specific experience in private creditStrong knowledge of fund mechanics, LP reporting, and private markets structuresAdvanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilitiesSeniority level
