The Fund CFO Associate will be part of the Fund CFO team responsible for the operations and finance of products within the Alternatives business. This role focuses on five Infrastructure funds (three fully invested; two in the marketing/investing phase).Responsibilities
Maintain and establish relationships with Fund and SPV officers, banks, administrators, legal and tax advisersSupport legal and regulatory compliance functions of the businessReview fund entity management accounts, quarterly NAVsCoordinate and review statutory accounts, VAT, tax returns and FCA/CSSF reports; liaise with auditorsImplement and maintain operating standards, processes and proceduresMonitor and assess business and regulatory risksOversee service providersReview and approve AIF''s NAVEnsure policies are consistently appliedRespond to investor queries (existing and prospective)As a Fund CFO Associate you will (be)
Support launch of new products / fundsOversee fund corporate administrationManage engagement and ongoing oversight of Service ProvidersCarry out control activities such as bid budgets, fees monitoring, regulatory disclosuresManage cashCreate and maintain Fund Models forecasting cash flowsManage asset portfolio software capturing asset dataOversee product accountingManage audit and tax reporting processesOversee performance measurement and financial reportingLiaise with deal team to support asset acquisition, AML/KYC, funding, engagement letters, bid costs, deal closing, conflict clearanceReview NAV on a quarterly and annual basisMonthly AUM reportingReview Annex IV returnsRespond to investor queriesWe are looking for
