Known for integrity, innovation, and low-cost investing, fosters an inclusive and collaborative culture that empowers employees to make a meaningful impact globally.What You''ll DoOversee daily, weekly and monthly ETF deliverables, including basket validation, valuation and team reporting.Monitor compliance with prospectus limits and applicable regulations across domiciled products.Analyse operational issues, recommend solutions and escalate material concerns appropriately.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality and risk controls.Maintain strong knowledge of funds, operational processes and their impact on internal and external clients.Monitor controls, procedures and risk dashboards, communicating potential exposures promptly.Mentor and train team members, provide cross-functional support and contribute to special projects.What You BringProven experience in investment, fund or financial services operations.Strong ETF operations, Middle Office or fund accounting experience.Sound understanding of NAV oversight and asset ..... full job details .....
