careers.alterdomus.comJOB DESCRIPTION:We have vacancies in our Fund Services team where you will be responsible for servicing our portfolio of clients and working as part of a team to meet their needs. Specific responsibilities include:Assist with bookkeeping and reporting of funds and associated fund structures.Assist with the preparation of management accounts and financial statements under UK GAAP or IFRS (primary statements and notes utilizing trial balances and related documentation).Assist the team with the annual audit process.Assist with processing fund capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, and redemptions.Act as a point of contact for clients, board members, and third-party intermediaries such as banks, lawyers, accountants, and tax advisors, both in person and via written or telephone communication.Assist with the preparation, collation, and ongoing monitoring of Know Your Customer and Client Due Diligence Files.Process client payments on various bank platforms.Assist with fund-related regulatory and compliance processes.Help monitor and deliver finance and compliance KPIs.Assist with ad hoc projects as required.YOUR PROFILE:You are educated to the equivalent of A-Level or University Degree (degrees in finance or accounting-related subjects are preferred but not mandatory).You are studying for or are willing to study for a relevant professional qualification such as ACCA or ACA or equivalent.You have 4+ years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance-related role.You possess team spirit, the ability to build strong client relationships, and take initiative without waiting for direction when appropriate.You are ambitious, energetic, and committed.You can work under pressure and meet deadlines.You have excellent communication skills.You are highly IT literate with strong Excel and Word skills.WHAT WE OFFERWe are committed to supporting your development, advancing your career, and providing meaningful benefits.Our industry-leading Alter Domus Academy offers six learning zones for every career stage, with resources tailored to your ambitions and access to LinkedIn Learning.Our global benefits include:Support for professional certifications like ACCA and study leaveFlexible work arrangements, generous holidays, and an extra day off for your birthdayOngoing mentoring for your career growthActive sports, events, and social committees across offices24/7 support via our Employee Assistance ProgramThe opportunity to invest in our growth through our Employee Share PlanOur commitment to equity:We promote equality and inclusion, valuing diverse perspectives and experiences.
