Fund Accountant - Private CapitalLocation: GlasgowContract: 6 months initially, Inside IR35The RoleJoin a Private Capital Fund Accounting team, providing fund valuation and accounting services to private capital funds, ensuring compliance with fund documentation, client SLAs, and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review Financial Statements (IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP)Prepare valuations, reconciliations, drawdowns, distributions, accruals and expensesDouble-entry bookkeeping and cash reconciliationPrepare investor capital statements and IRR calculationsLiaise with clients, auditors and internal teams; attend client/audit meetingsEnsure client SLAs and internal deadlines are metSupport process/checklist improvements and control documentationSupport system/platform implementation and change activityWhat We''re Looking ForEssential:Financial services experience, ideally fund accounts preparation (private capital preferred)Fully or part qualified (ACCA/ACA or similar) preferred; currently studying will also be consideredStrong numerical skills and excellent Excel proficiencyHighly organised with excellent attention to detailStrong communicator, team player, able to meet deadlinesDesirable:Understanding of private capital fund structures (GP/LP/Feeder)Awareness of private capital industry standards and regulationsExperience in a multi-national environmentGuidant, Carbon60, Lorien andamp; SRG - The Impellam Group Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in ..... full job details .....
