This is a key role focused on the ongoing operation and oversight of their fund structures and related entities.Responsibilities
Preparing and maintaining quarterly capital statementsManaging capital calls and cash movement across fund structuresOverseeing deal execution and post-deal documentationLeading regulatory reporting and audit processesLiaising with third-party providers and managing their performanceSupporting entity administration, including opening bank and custody accountsSetting up new legal entities and managing restructures or cost optimisation initiativesManaging documentation libraries and operational proceduresSupporting the accounting for UK and overseas operating entities, including:Reviewing service provider invoices against legal agreementsBank reconciliations and cost rechargesRevenue collection from underlying fund entitiesSupporting compliance reporting where requiredDriving ongoing process optimisation across fund and company operationsRequirements
Fully qualified accountant, preferably audit trained with at least one years industry experience within Financial ServicesExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlinesExceptional attention to detail and accuracyExperience managing both internal and external stakeholdersA self-starter who takes initiative and can independently identify and prioritize tasksThis is an excellent opportunity to take on a diverse and impactful role within a dynamic and professional environment.
