Working on both domestic and international programmes, you''ll play a key role in ensuring the system meets operational, regulatory, and customer requirements while supporting future capability development and export opportunities.The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated Verification and Validation (VandV) and Certification Engineer to support the development, certification, and delivery of a sophisticated defence system across UK and international programmes.The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing technical evidence, supporting verification and validation activities, and demonstrating compliance against system requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with requirements management, and the ability to assess complex certification evidence.Key ResponsibilitiesWork as part of a certification team to capture, review, and assess technical evidence in support of customer deliveries.Conduct technical investigations and support formal certification activities.Review technical documentation and functional evidence.Review and agree Design Verification Plans (DVPs).Support design reconciliation activities associated with design change and obsolescence.Collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams, including Systems, Mechanical, ..... full job details .....
