Based within large retail stores across Wolverhampton, Walsall, Tipton and Merry Hill (Dudley), you''ll combine Functional Skills teaching with supporting learners during real work placements.A typical 9am-5pm day includes:Around 1 hours delivering Functional Skills and employability sessions.Around 4 hours supporting learners during their work placements.A final 30-minute teaching and reflection session.Learners complete a range of retail tasks including customer service, tills, stock replenishment and back-of-house duties.
