Key Responsibilities: Deliver one-to-one tuition in Functional Skills Maths and English. Adapt teaching methods to support students with SEN needs , ensuring lessons are accessible and engaging. Develop and implement personalised lesson plans that address individual learning gaps. Monitor student progress and provide regular, constructive feedback to students and their families. Create a supportive and motivating learning environment to help students build confidence in Maths and English.
