Whilst 10 hours per week are funded, the provision will initially be delivered across 2 days per week, with a focus on building trust, engagement, and a positive working relationship before introducing a more structured academic approach. About the Student The student currently attends an Alternative Provision and has an EHCP, which will be shared with the successful tutor. Key needs include: Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) profile Severe anxiety Selective mutism (context-dependent) Communication & Interaction needs Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs We are seeking a tutor who can provide a low-pressure, low-arousal learning environment and adapt their approach to meet the student''s individual needs.
