We are currently seeking experienced Functional Skills Tutors to support Key Stage 4 learners who are not currently on track to achieve a pass mark in GCSE Maths and/or English, or who would benefit from working towards a Functional Skills qualification instead. Tutors will be required to deliver Functional Skills Maths and/or English at Entry Level 3, Level 1, or Level 2, depending on the learner''s baseline assessment and current working level. Many of the young people we support have SEND needs, gaps in education, low confidence, or difficulties engaging within mainstream settings, so we are looking for tutors who are patient, adaptable, and able to build positive relationships.
