Job Title: Functional Skills Tutor / Employability 2 positions available; x1 - Tutor of Functional Skills - Maths and English x1 - Tutor - embedding Literacy, Numeracy, Employability and Digital Skills Location: Centre based Salary: up to £40,000 (Depending on skills and experience and inclusive of location uplift) Type: Full-time, Permanent Duties: Deliver Functional Skills Maths and/or English within a classroom environment (up to Level 2). Embedding Literacy, Numeracy, Digital Skills and Employability into lessons Utilise existing delivery resources, as well as preparing own when required. Deliver engaging training sessions and provide ongoing IAG to learners. The successful candidate will be flexible with their delivery methods, providing differentiation and be able to adapt quickly to learners needs. Assist learners in identifying the skills required to progress towards their career aspirations.
