£25 - £30/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering Functional Skills lessons (Literacy, Numeracy, or ICT) to adult learners.
Planning and preparing engaging, learner-focused lessons.
Assessing student progress and providing feedback to ensure learners are on track.
Adapting lessons to suit the needs and learning styles of individuals.
Supporting learners in their development of practical skills for everyday use in work and life.
Requirements:
Experience teaching Functional Skills (or similar adult education qualifications).
A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PTLLS, CTLLS, CertEd, PGCE) or equivalent.
A passion for adult education and a commitment to student success.
Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
