This is a permanent position, offering the chance to play a key role in shaping provision from the ground up and making a genuine difference to young people who require a more tailored educational setting.We are seeking a specialist in Maths and/or English with experience delivering Functional Skills qualifications. The successful candidate will be confident teaching Entry Level through to Level 2, planning engaging and accessible lessons that support learners with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, SEND or disrupted educational backgrounds.This role is ideal for a teacher who thrives in a smaller, supportive environment and understands the importance of relationship-building, consistency and inclusive practice.
