The school is committed to helping young people re-engage with education and build the confidence and practical skills they need for the future.As a Tutor within this provision, you will deliver Functional Skills lessons to small groups of students, with class sizes capped at just six learners. This allows you to provide focused support, build strong relationships, and tailor your teaching to individual learning needs. You will also be supported in the classroom by a Teaching Assistant, enabling a collaborative approach to behaviour management, engagement and differentiated learning.The ideal candidate will be a patient, resilient and enthusiastic educator who understands the importance of creating a positive and structured learning environment for students who may have faced barriers in mainstream education.
