As a national education charity, we support young people and adults from disadvantaged backgrounds to achieve the gateway qualifications they need to succeed in education, work and life. We are now seeking passionate and experienced Functional Skills Programme Senior Tutors to support young people who are Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET) to achieve Level 2 Functional Skills qualifications. This is an exciting opportunity to combine high-quality tutoring with programme leadership, helping learners build confidence, improve attendance and achieve meaningful outcomes. About the Role As a Functional Skills Programme Senior Tutor, you will deliver engaging small-group English and/or maths tuition to learners preparing for Level 2 Functional Skills Qualifications. Alongside teaching, you will play a key role in supporting learner engagement, attendance and achievement, working closely with Programme Coordinators, partner organisations and the wider tutoring team.
