The successful candidate will support pupils and young people in developing essential numeracy skills, building confidence and working towards recognised qualifications. The Role: Deliver 1:1 Functional Skills Maths tuition tailored to individual learning needs. Support learners working towards Entry Level, Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications, where appropriate. Teach practical numeracy, problem-solving and mathematical reasoning. Identify learning gaps and create achievable targets. Adapt sessions to support learners with additional needs or gaps in their education. Monitor progress and maintain appropriate learning records. Experience, Training and Qualifications: QTS, PGCE or a relevant teaching or tutoring qualification is desirable. Strong Maths and numeracy skills.
