This role involves providing personalised tuition to help pupils and young people improve their numeracy, develop practical mathematical skills and work towards appropriate qualifications. The Role: Deliver engaging 1:1 Functional Skills Maths tuition. Support learners working towards Entry Level, Level 1 and Level 2 qualifications, where appropriate. Develop understanding of number, calculations, measurement and practical problem-solving. Identify gaps in mathematical knowledge and set individual learning targets. Adapt teaching methods to suit different abilities and additional learning needs. Track progress and provide feedback on learner development.
