Our client is seeking a talented individual to join their Electrical Engineering (EE) department. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest safety standards in vehicle functions in line with ISO 26262.Key Responsibilities:1. Facilitate Functional Safety Activities: Oversee the entire engineering development life cycle, ensuring that vehicle functions are developed according to Functional Safety process, covering the Concept, Development, Validation, and End of Life phases.2. Support Function Owners: Work closely with Function Owners to assess the technical impact of changes to Functions, Systems, and Components. Lead internal and external reviews, including Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment reviews.3. Technical Point of Contact: Serve as the go-to expert for Functional Safety (ISO 26262) within the Electrical Engineering department, developing safety strategies as necessary.4. Verification Reviews: Conduct thorough verification reviews of work products generated within the department to confirm compliance with ISO 26262.5.
