Salary: £40k–£43k + bonuses (PIP: up to £42k + £2k retention bonuses; WCA: up to £43k + £1k bonus)

Working: Hybrid, Mon–Fri, full/part-time (4 days available), no nights/weekends/bank holidays

About the role

• Conduct DWP functional health assessments (PIP or WCA)
• Review medical evidence and assess impact on daily living
• Write clear, evidence-based reports
• Full training provided — no prior assessor experience needed

• Current NMC, HCPC or GPhC registration
• 1+ years post-registration, adult clinical experience
• Strong communication/report-writing and IT skills
• No sponsorship available

• 25 days leave + bank holidays, pension, paid registration fees
• 5% quality bonus post-training; quarterly bonus up to 2.5% after 12 months
• Progression into quality, audit, coaching, leadership
