The role As a Functional Assessor, your clinical knowledge will be utilised in a different but highly meaningful setting. You will work on PIP (Personal Independence Payment). There is no requirement for previous Functional Assessor experience. Full training is provided. This is a hybrid role, combining two to three days per week in an assessment centre with home-based working for the remainder of the week, offering structure, balance, and no evening or weekend shifts.
