This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HLTA who is confident supporting learning across the primary age range and who can contribute positively to pupils'' academic, social and emotional development. Please note: An HLTA qualification is essential for this position. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver pre-planned lessons and learning activities. Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups. Support pupils with SEND and additional learning needs. Help maintain a positive, structured and inclusive classroom environment. Promote positive behaviour, engagement and wellbeing. Work closely with class teachers, the SENCO and wider school staff. Support pupils'' progress and development through effective learning interventions. Take responsibility for a class or group when required. Contribute to the preparation of learning resources and classroom activities. Follow school safeguarding, behaviour and child-protection procedures.
