Location: Southam Area Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary (Agency) Pay: Competitive daily rateStart Date: September 2026 Hays Education are working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Southam area to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a KS1 pupil. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, and is offered on a temporary agency basis through Hays Education. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the pupil''s learning, development, and wellbeing throughout the school day. The Role Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a KS1 pupil.Support learning both inside and outside of the classroom. Build positive relationships with the pupil, staff, and parents. Encourage engagement, independence, and confidence. Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement support strategies. Maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment. The Ideal CandidatePrevious experience working with children in a primary school setting. Experience supporting children on a 1:1 basis. Patient, caring, and adaptable approach.
