Full Time Support WorkerTemporary to Permanent PotentialWakefield£100 - £130 per dayFlexible Start DatesRequirements To be considered for the Full Time Support Worker role, you will: Have previous experience of working with children or young people; ideally within a school, nursery, childcare, youth work, play or care setting within the last 3 years.We must be able to obtain valid references from these roles.Hold, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS, registered to the Update Service Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: recent experience obtained within the last 3 years, of working with children or young people, ideally within a school, nursery, childcare, youth work, play or care setting. We must be able to obtain references from these roles.The RoleWe are currently seeking additional Full Time Support Workers to work within our partner SEND school settings in Wakefield. This role involves supporting young people and children with a range of special educational needs. The hours of work required are 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday.The Full Time Support Worker role involves supporting school aged pupils who have been identified as having additional needs. These needs range from Autism, PMLD, Complex needs, Mobility, SEMH and MLD.The School Based in the Wakefield area and is easily accessible via public transport. There is also ample car parking.
