Full-Time SEMH Teacher (1-Year Contract) in CamdenAre you an experienced SEMH Teacher looking to make a genuine difference in the lives of vulnerable young people?SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting for a passionate and resilient SEMH Teacher to join a highly supportive and well-resourced SEN provision in Camden. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with pupils across KS1-KS3 who require specialist support for Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, behavioural challenges and additional learning needs.The school champions trauma-informed practice, restorative approaches, and a child-centred curriculum designed to help every pupil thrive academically, socially and emotionally.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to SEMH learners.Implement effective behaviour support and de-escalation strategies.Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils.Work collaboratively with SENCOs, therapists, EHCP coordinators and external agencies.Support pupils in achieving their EHCP outcomes.Create a safe, structured and nurturing learning environment.The Ideal CandidateQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent UK teaching qualification.Experience within SEMH, SEN or PRU settings.Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills.Calm, resilient and consistent approach.Passionate about improving outcomes for vulnerable learners.Based in Camden, or locallyHours: 8:30am - 4:00pmSalary: MPS/UPS (dependent on ..... full job details .....
