Full-time Safe Accommodation Project Manager

Apricus Resourcing are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and adaptable Full-time Safe Accommodation Project Manager for a leading Social Supported Housing Service for a minimum of 3 months but ideally for longer, based in Le1 Post Code Area of Leicester City Centre, who is really passionate about providing a personal managing service. This role is working full time with standard hours 37.5 hours per week Monday Friday 9am-5pm, with optional overtime on weekend and evenings available. Here you will take the lead role in coordinating support services and a programme of activities in the county refuge, and dispersed properties, and to manage an employee team providing: • Specialist housing advice • Enhanced security measures as a part of a wider package of care and support • Provision of accommodation for those fleeing domestic abuse and/or sexual violence. You will also be a Designated Safeguarding Lead in the organisation, to further develop and implement safeguarding policies and practices alongside the Designated Safeguarding Manager, ensuring the highest safeguarding Safe Accommodation standards are in place throughout all aspects of service delivery, embedding further learning into working practice. Due to the need to meet clients at locations a driving licence and your own transport is required, fuel cost for travelling away from main base will be reimbursed.
