Continue to expand and develop our Registration in the Southern Counties.Demonstrate strong team leadership to create a "can do" environment of high achievement with a focus on problem solving and creative solutions.Make timely and effective decisions and lead by example, knowing when to consult with or defer to others.Build and facilitate relationships, both internally and external to the organisation.Be prepared to work flexible hours as required to carry out the role of Registered Manager successfully.Qualifications

Qualified social worker with broad experience of working with Looked After Children and Foster Carers.Management qualification and/or tangible Management experience.Good understanding of relevant legislation and regulations.Skills and Attributes

Strong team leadership and relationship-building abilities.Ability to make sound decisions and lead by example.Effective communication and problem-solving skills.Other
