While your primary role will be based at the clubs training ground in Tiptree, you ll need flexibility to cover shifts at the JobServe Community Stadium. The position involves active participation in all catering aspects at Colchester United, collaboration with our existing team to support meal service and fulfil responsibilities as a kitchen porter. Job Description: Assist the chef with food preparation and cooking as required, serving behind the counter. Maintain impeccable cleanliness by strictly following the company s cleaning schedule and operating kitchen machinery. Adhere to hygiene standards set by the chef to ensure food safety. Prepare the dining room for service according to company standards and ensure its orderly breakdown post-service. Personal Specification: Enthusiastic and keen to learn.
