Full-Time Customer Administrator
We are currently recruiting for a customer administrator to join our expanding Company based in Hastings. This is a temporary to permanent position for the right candidate.Main DutiesCreating adverts for social media and website platformsAnswering the telephone and booking appointmentsResourcing and matching candidates to suitable job rolesArranging interviews with potential employeesAdministration duties Creating and inputting data onto spreadsheets and updating data company systemsDealing with any general queriesCover the reception duties when neededAttend Company promotion eventsResourcing new clientsCarry out other duties as when requiredSkills and QualificationsMust have a good level of educationMust be computer literateMust have experience in creating spreadsheets and using databasesMust have 3 years administration experience, working in a busy working environmentMust have social media and website advertising experienceMust be self-motivated and proactive.Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Able to achieve targets and objectives setAble to show an understanding of urgency.Confident in speaking with the general publicWorking HoursMondays to Fridays8am to 5pmWe will try to respond to reply to all applications.
