They''re seeking the right team to support a young man in his 30s who is navigating life after a brain injury. He has a great sense of humour, big dreams, and a strong desire to live as independently as possible, make new friends, and explore his community. While he experiences significant cognitive challenges and needs support with planning, organising and staying engaged, he''s full of potential - and he''s looking for someone who believes in him and can empower him to increase his independence and experience some fun along the way. Their client is registered blind due to having a visual impairment. The Role Support with daily routines and planning activities, and engage him in enjoyable and meaningful pursuits.
