Key Responsibilities: To oversee the medical provision for the 9s-16s age groups within the academy To support and assist part time staff physio / sports therapy in the assessment and treatment of all players in the academy. Ensure all part-time staff record medical notes using Kitman Labs as required. To develop all areas of the medical department from Academy under 9s to under 21s with the relevant staff. To plan, deliver and review all individual injury programmes to ensure the correct procedures are put in place to give the best course of action and earliest possible return to training and playing for each player.
