This person will work on core systems powering the customer-facing web portal and backend infrastructure while shaping the future of a modern insurance-based program.What You’ll DoDevelop, test, and maintain scalable backend services that power an enterprise customer portal using

framework.Build and enhance frontend interfaces using

Tailwind CSS

VueJS , ensuring responsive, user-friendly design.Collaborate closely with the product manager, designers, VP of Engineering, and other internal stakeholders to turn requirements into robust featuresWork on SaaS-based architecture, helping optimize performance, maintainability, reliability, and scalability.Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and system design discussions. Comfortable using AI code-generation tools (Cursor AI, Claude, Copilot, etc.)Assist in integrating, training, and applying
