Full-Stack GitOps Engineer Must have strong experience in Kong and Envoy within a banking environment. Location: Glasgow or London - 5 days per week onsiteContract: 6 monthsRate: £425 per dayIR35: Inside IR35 We are recruiting for a talented Full-Stack/GitOps Engineer to join a major banking programme based in Glasgow. This role requires a hands-on engineer with strong full-stack development experience, modern Front End and Back End technologies, API gateway configuration and GitOps-based delivery. Banking or financial services experience is essential. Key Skills andamp; Experience Required Strong TypeScript and JavaScript development experience Hands-on experience building applications using React.js and Next.js Backend development experience with Python, Golang or Java Experience building schema-driven UIs and services Strong understanding of OpenAPI Specification (OAS) and/or JSON Schema Professional experience configuring API gateways, including: Kong Envoy Akamai/CloudFront Experience configuring routes, services, upstreams and plugins Strong hands-on GitOps experience Experience with code-based configuration workflows, including: Authoring configuration Pull requests Validation Merge and reconciliation Automated rollback Comfortable working with CLI and code-editor-based workflows Desirable Skills Exposure to Akamai/CloudFront, including CDN, WAF and edge configuration Experience with drift detection and desired-state ..... full job details .....
