Full Stack Engineer

The Opportunity We are partnering with a leading organisation in the Healthcare/Pharmaceutical sector to hire an experienced Full Stack Engineer to support the development of a client-facing reporting portal. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a greenfield/full lifecycle project, building scalable solutions that provide critical reporting and insights to customers within a highly regulated industry.

You''ll be joining a collaborative engineering team responsible for designing, developing, and deploying modern cloud-native applications using React, Node.js, Azure, and a range of DevOps technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop a full stack client reporting portal for healthcare/pharma customers.
• Build responsive and intuitive front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
• Develop robust back-end services using Node.js and NestJS.
• Design and integrate REST APIs and microservices architectures.
• Work with SQL databases to build scalable data-driven solutions.
• Deploy and maintain cloud-native applications within Microsoft Azure.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, and technical discussions.

Essential Skills & Experience ? Strong commercial experience building full stack applications using React, Node.js, and SQL

-Experience developing client reporting portals, ideally within the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical sector
-Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
-Strong knowledge of:

• React
• TypeScript
• Node.js
• NestJS
• SQL
• REST APIs
• Microservices Architecture
• Unit Testing
