Job Title:-Java Fullstack Developer

Work Location:-Bournemouth, UK (onsite role - 5 days from office)

Job Description:

Required skills/experience

• Strong-full stack-engineering background with deep expertise in-Java-and-Spring/Spring Boot
• Hands-on experience with-cloud technologies-(preference for-AWS)
• Experience using-AI-assisted developer tools-to improve engineering productivity (preference for-agentic AI-exposure)
• Solid-data analysis-skills and comfort working with data-driven applications

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions for complex business and technical problems
• Apply sound engineering judgment and innovative thinking to deliver solutions beyond standard patterns when needed
• Contribute to-technical architecture-and design/build-resilient microservices-(scalability, reliability, maintainability)
