Fulfilment Operative

Job Overview A fantastic opportunity has become available based at one of the Paragon Group Distribution Centres. The Fulfilment operative is responsible for ensuring that all customer orders are fulfilled to a high standard within the agreed SLA, and duties are completed in accordance with GDPR, managing secure/regulated communications requiring an eye for detail and 100% accuracy. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm Your main duties would include: Accurately consolidate products into packs as per customer requirements defined by the job card. Decollate returned packs from customers and arrange for stock products to be returned to stock or destroyed as per customer requirements. Upon completion of Fulfilment campaigns, stock count products and arrange for stock products to be returned to stock or destroyed as per customer requirements. Liaise with Warehouse staff for delivery/collection of pallets. Organise products in the most effective way in preparation for ongoing and new Fulfilment campaigns. Maintain housekeeping to a high standard to ensure a clean safe working environment. To work as part of team to ensure work is fulfilled to a high-quality standard. Carry out tasks in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and Health and Safety Guidelines To identify and correct problems at the earliest opportunity within the warehouse and escalate where required.
