Fulfilment Coordinator

Our client, a leading organisation in the aerospace sector, is seeking a Fulfilment Coordinator for a contract opportunity. The role is responsible for coordinating customer order fulfilment, ensuring available stock is picked, processed and shipped on time while supporting production planning and customer delivery commitments.Key Responsibilities:Review daily sales and shipment opportunity reports to identify fulfilment prioritiesCoordinate the picking, processing and shipment of available inventoryPrioritise urgent and high-value customer ordersWork closely with Scheduling, Stores, Shipping and Customer Service teams to resolve fulfilment issuesEscalate material or process constraints that may affect customer shipmentsSupport the recovery of overdue and at-risk customer ordersProvide regular updates on shipment status, priorities and corrective actionsMaintain accurate order and shipping transactions within relevant systemsJob Requirements:Experience in production planning, logistics, stores, shipping or supply chain operationsStrong understanding of order fulfilment and inventory coordination within a manufacturing environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to transaction accuracyGood communication, organisation and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced aerospace settingExperience using ERP systems is preferredAbility to work collaboratively with internal teams and manage delivery-focused activitiesSuccess Measures:On-time ..... full job details .....
