The clients are already established; your job is to source the best talent and match them to the right shifts, fast.Fast-Paced Shift Matching: Manage a high volume of temporary care shifts. Talent Sourcing and Recruitment: Actively attract, source, and interview top-tier care candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networking.Compliance and Onboarding: Ensure all candidates are thoroughly vetted, referenced, and fully compliant. Relationship Management: Build excellent rapport with your candidate pool and existing care clients, ensuring Randstad remains their go-to agency.Agile Problem Solving: Last-minute drop-outs and emergency shift requests happen.
