This is a high-impact leadership role where you''ll shape quality culture, lead technical teams, influence senior stakeholders and ensure world-class standards are maintained across the business. What you''ll be doing Leading multi-site Food Safety and Quality operations.Driving BRCGS, HACCP and regulatory compliance.Managing and developing Technical and QA teams.Improving systems, processes and quality performance.Leading audits, investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.Building a strong food safety culture across all sites. What we''re looking for 10+ years'' experience in Technical, Quality or Food Safety.Strong leadership experience within food manufacturing.Proven knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP and retailer standards.A confident decision-maker who thrives on improving people, processes and performance.
