This is a hands-on role suited to someone with good knife skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced food preparation environment. Key Duties and Responsibilities Preparing, peeling, trimming and cutting a variety of fresh fruit and vegetables. Using knives safely and confidently to meet preparation requirements. Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and safety. Checking the quality and freshness of produce. Following preparation instructions and production targets.
