Frontline Support Officer

To work as part of the frontline student support services in Haringey Learns. To engage in all aspects of data input, front of house and reception work. To support all aspects of administration from initial meeting, enrolment through to destination, helping to monitor attendance, punctuality and liaise with leadership team. To report data issues when required to relevant leader, to input data onto the management information system. to provide administrative support to tutors, senior tutors, and the leadership team.
