Actively listen and respond to guest questions, concerns, and requests.Lead shifts and support team members to ensure prompt, high-quality service.Support the Front Office Manager with daily front office operations and staff supervision.Engage guests in conversations about their stay, hotel services, and local attractions.Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, room types, rates, and availability.Foster teamwork by partnering with others to achieve shared goals.Process payments and follow all cash handling procedures.Train, coach, and manage the Front Office team to enhance engagement and growth.What were looking forGreat conversational skills and teamwork-orientedPositive outlook and outgoing personalityPro-active and reliablePrevious experience in working in a hotel reception environment.Previous supervisory experience is a big plus but not essential. However, minimum one year working in a high contact customer service role is required.This is a full time role (40 hours / 5 days per week)
