and knows how to inspire their team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
What you''ll be doing:* Leading and developing the Front Office team (Reception and Nights)*
Driving service standards
to consistently meet brand expectations* Managing rotas, KPIs, and performance to ensure operational efficiency*
Working closely with Housekeeping, Revenue, and FandB t o optimise guest experience and maximise occupancy* Acting as the
go-to for guest feedback, escalations, and VIP services* Using your local knowledge and hotel expertise to enhance guest staysWhat we''re looking for:* Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Manager in a branded 4-star hotel* Confident with PMS systems (Opera or similar)* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams under pressure* Passion for delivering outstanding guest service* Clear communicator, decisive, and guest-focused* Flexible to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings
