This is an on-site role working as part of the front office team, acting as the key point of contact for drivers passing through border control operations.The RoleAs a Front Office Administrative Officer, you will be the primary interface between drivers and the on-site operational teams. You will manage face-to-face queries, ensure documentation is correct, and support the smooth flow of vehicles through the inspection and booking-in process.Key ResponsibilitiesGreeting and assisting drivers at the front officeHandling face-to-face queries relating to transport and border documentationChecking in drivers and managing bookings using the PINC systemLocating missing or incorrect documentation by liaising with import agents and border control authorities in other countriesAllocating inspection bays...
