Key Responsibilities Welcome members and visitors, providing exceptional customer service. Manage reception duties, enquiries and membership administration. Prepare and serve drinks within the Infinity Fitness Lounge. Promote memberships, classes and additional gym services. Maintain a clean, professional and welcoming reception and caf- environment. What We''re Looking For A positive, friendly and professional attitude. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organisation and attention to detail. Confidence using computers and learning new systems. Previous customer service or hospitality experience is desirable; barista experience is a bonus but not essential.
